The aim of the work was to design a town hall for the Old Brno district with consideration to the use of spatial and social connectivity. The work builds on new concept of urban planning and transport solutions. Concept study is integral part of the bachelor’s thesis assignment. The project is located in the location of Mendl Square, which has historically had an important role within the city.
