A microteaching experiment : a functional perspective. — Definition and discussion of the microteaching process of the Americans school of Stanford. For the author, the evaluation of a teacher behaviour must be based on the reactions of children and some children behaviours must have a reinforcing value for the student- teacher. Shifting in such a way the focal point from the teacher to the child, the author takes a direction differing from the traditional microteaching process.Définition et discussion de la procédure de micro-enseignement de l'école américaine de Stanford. Pour l'auteur, l'évaluation d'un comportement de maître doit se baser sur les réactions des enfants et certains comportements d'enfants doivent avoir une valeur ren- forçatrice pour le futur maître. Para el autor, la evaluación de un comportamiento de maestro ha de fundarse sobre las reacciones de los niños y ciertos comportamientos de niños han de tener un valor de reforzamiento para el futur maestro.
