METHODS: Sixty-five community-dwelling older adults (38 Female; 27 male) aged 80 ± 7.55 years (mean height: 167.31 ± 10.03 cm; weight: 73.08 ± 15.01 kg; and body mass index: 25.95 ± 4.26 kg/m2) were evaluated with the Senior Fitness Test (SFT) for aerobic endurance, balance, agility, functional strength, and flexibility.
