Background: Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common cancer of the female reproductive organs affecting over 66,000 US women annually. EC is more common in White women, but mortality is higher in Black women. EC survivors experience a 3-6-fold greater risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) compared to the general population.
