PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU KAYU JATI MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS (ANP) (STUDI KASUS: PT. ALIS JAYA CIPTATAMA)

Supplier selection is a strategic activity, where a good supplier will maintain productivity and product quality to be produced. Many factors need to be considered in supplier selection. PT. Alis Jaya Ciptatama is a furniture manufacturing company. There are weaknesses in the supplier selection carried out by the company, namely decision making is only based on the personal opinion of the procurement staff and only based on suggestions without checking in detail. Based on these problems, this research was carried out in order to be able to make suppliers with more comprehensive and objective considerations according to the needs of the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the value of the weight and ranking of each alternative in supplier selection using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The first stage is to identify the criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives that will be used in selecting suppliers. There are 5 criteria, namely quality, price, service, delivery and payment. There are 5 sub-criteria for quality criteria, namely wood size, wood color, dryness, physical form, and wood fiber. The price criterion has 2 sub-criteria, namely price discounts and low initial prices. Furthermore, in the service criteria there are 4 sub-criteria, namely communication, speed of responding to complaints, product information and complaint services. Furthermore, in the shipping criteria there are 3 sub-criteria, namely the timeliness of delivery, the accuracy of the number of goods, and the delivery period. Furthermore, the payment criteria has 2 sub-criteria, namely easy payment method and payment grace period. For alternatives used in supplier selection, namely TPK. Banjarejo, TPK. Madison, TPK. Saradan, T.P.K. Bojonegoro and TPK. Starch. The results of data processing using the ANP method, the first priority is TPK. Banjarejo is 0.048994. The second supplier priority is TPK. Madiun is 0.047449. The third supplier priority is TPK. Bojonegoro of 0.044497. The fourth supplier priority is TPK. Saradan is 0.03833 and the last supplier priority is TPK. Starch of 0.02361
