This research was conducted at MTSN 4 Bantul Yogyakarta which focused on women's leadership styles in improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure with the aim of: 1) Analyzing the leadership styles of women at MTSN 4 Bantul, 2) Analyzing the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 4 Bantul, 3 ) Analyze the improvement in the management quality of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 4 Bantul. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique uses purposive and snowball sampling based on the 3 M principles, namely knowing, understanding and experiencing.
