The study discusses how examining the embodied feelings of gender variant individuals reveals the marginalizing actions and reactions of others towards them. It highlights that gender variant people's feelings of (dis)comfort and (not)belonging demonstrate the interconnection between workplace, bodies, and feelings of (in)security. In workplaces with (in)secure geographies, the emotions experienced by those not conforming to traditional norms may shape the environment. By focusing on gender variant embodied emotions, the study aims to challenge heteronormative structures and create new senses of belonging that go beyond cisgender norms
