How to reform european regulation of origine and quality ?- The purpose of this article is suggest an analysis grid of the agro-food denominationsof origin in order to underline the differences from the industrial brand names. The main results of an exhaustive survey of the situation of the quality collective brands in the 15 countries of the European Union are presented.
