Using transcriptional expression data derived from RNASeq, we performed analyses with Ingenuity Pathway Analysis software (IPA, Qiagen). Analyses focused on genes with a minimum of 1.5-fold change by RNASeq and a p-value 10 p-value for each canonical pathway, based on the number of representative genes in that pathway and the strength of the transcriptional changes.
