Renewable energies, such as solar energy, are a fundamental step in the energy transi-tion from fossil fuels to a greener and more sustainable future. Nevertheless, in order to extend the use of photovoltaic (PV) technologies, solar cells efficiency must be in-creased while reducing the manufacturing cost.
