This report is to investigate the effect of the vibrational drilling on the Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) composite laminate compare with conventional drilling. The strong mechanical properties of GFRP composite such as high specific stiffness and high specific strength have made it widely used in automation and electronic industries. Therefore, the precise of machining for the GFRP composite is important for the component efficiency. Drilling on GFRP laminate may cause damage on the drilled hole. Therefore, investigation is made to have best parameter that deal less damage to the GFRP laminate.
