90 p.Our research attempts to address an area of growing interest and importance in computer law - the causes of failures in computer contracts, particularly in United Kingdom (UK). As computer contracts gain importance, it is quintessential that the business community gains an adequate understanding of why past contracts fail. It is our belief that once the causes of failures in computer contracts are highlighted, it will go a long way towards preventing the recurrence of such failures. The research is undertaken through a study of legal cases relating to computer contracts in the UK.
