In this technological explosion era of computers and smartphones, it is increasingly important to include technology as a part of an emergency frontline responder’s life. However, many responders today are not enjoying the luxury of having information data on the go due to lack of technology prowess. Due to this, emergency frontline responders on the ground are not able to carry out their duties effectively which cripple the level of operational capabilities and self-confidence.
