The Robot World Cup Initiative (RoboCup) is an international joint project to promote Computer Vision, AI, Robotics, Motion Planning, and related fields. It provides a standard platform for a robotic soccer game. It is a combination of engineering application and theoretical development. It is a great honor to join this project and work on parts of the work. This thesis can be divided into two parts: 1.
