74 p.The main goal of my dissertation will be to work out a strategic plan for Singapore-based companies which would wish to seize outsourcing opportunities in the paperrelated products, that is to say in the printing and publishing sector. After understanding the reasons and stakes for certain European companies to outsource products in this industry, we will study how Singaporean trading companies can seize those commercial opportunities. After analyzing the advantages for western companies to outsource their non-strategic costs, and in particular the paper-related costs, we will determine what position and competitiveness would a trading company based in Singapore hold to that regard.Master of Business Administratio
