Mangosteen, the queen of fruits, is referred to as one of the “superfruits”. It has a rich content of great flavour, nutrients and anti-oxidants. Many are aware of its sweet and juicy pulp as a great delicacy on the dining table, but few gets to enjoy the health benefits from its high anti-oxidant content. The rind of the fruit that contains the anti-oxidant is often discarded and not consumed.
