There has been a very high interest in the transmission of an adaptively modulated Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signal over Multimode Fiber (MMF) in optical access network recently. There were reported findings that emphasize on different variations of OFDM and the effects of different frequency response of the MMFs transmission performance. The MMF length, type, wavelength, launch type, etc can affect frequency response realization of the MMF.
