The Preparation of “Cellulose nanowhiskers reinforced biocomposite materials and effect of nanofiller on scaffold properties” is the final year project being researched upon. The biomaterial is selected and cell culture is done on the biomaterial to test for compatibility of cells on the biomaterial. The report covers the physico-chemical and biological properties of a novel biodegradable composite scaffold made of natural derived nano-crystalline cellulose and biodegradable polyurethane (PU).
