There has been a great interest in metal oxides nanostructures (such as ZnO, SnO2, etc.,) recently. Metal oxides have many potential applications in sensing, optoelectronics, field emission and piezoelectricity. In addition, metal oxides nanomaterial features various morphologies such as nanowire, nanorod, nanocomb, nanopencil, nanopin, nanobelt, nanospring, etc., which indicate different functions in diversified devices.
