Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) or ’drones’ are expected to increase in the future and be employed for a multitude of applications like parcel delivery, industrial inspection, aerial photography, and safety surveillance. Consequently, increase in UAV traffic may lead to higher likelihood of UAV failure and crash to occur.
