Project ‘FLOW’ delves into the captivating concept of "flow" in dance by utilising motion capture technology to capture the movements of dancers as they interpret and dance to their chosen music. The objective is to showcase the individuality and creativity of each dancer by translating their motion-captured movements into abstract characters enhanced with trail lines and colour changes based on velocity. By presenting the animations of two dancers side-by-side through holographic projection, the project aims to facilitate an easy comparison of their movements, highlighting the similarities and differences between their interpretations of the music.
