This report provides the analysis of bio-medical signals related to cardiac activity and respiratory activity in time domain where pulse oximeter and electronic stethoscope are used. A pulse oximeter is a medical device that measures both individual’s pulse rate as well as SpO2, which is known as oxygen saturation of haemoglobin in arterial blood. It is often attached to a monitor as individual's pulse rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure can be monitored at all times. Likewise, an electronic stethoscope amplifies body sounds such as heartbeat as well as breathing sound for clear auscultation and these sounds can be converted to electrical signals.
