The research aims to investigate the various motivations and barriers the public may have towards online shopping. In particular, the main objectives of the research are to: (1) Identify and examine the factors which encourage or discourage consumers from purchasing online. This could lead to repeated and even bigger purchases. (2) Examine the customers’ satisfaction level of their online purchase experience. (3) Give recommendations to e-tailers in Singapore
