This FYP report will focus on some of the main problems of concern that arise from personal positioning. The project will allow predictions to be made with regards to a person’s travelling behavior after observing its travelling pattern for a period of time. This project will be divided into four different stages. Firstly, raw data will be collected from the user over a period of two to three months daily. This data will be reflected on Google Earth to visualize the respective routes that has been taken. After that, a filtering process will be used to remove any anomaly points as a pre-processing of data to maintain the accuracy of the coordinates.
