Coffee is the most consume beverage in the world. Research shows that there are about 400 millions cups downed each year. World coffee productions is estimated at 110- 120 millions bags per year making coffee the second most widely used product in the world. In an effort to create awareness on the effects of waste created daily, used coffee ground has been chosen as the beginning material for this project. An opportunity has been created for designer to explore on the second life of the coffee ground and to push the limits of what it can be further recycled.
