With the changes of the times and social development, the negative influence of power shortage and exhaust pollution have been revealed. To solve these problems, Electric vehicle(EV) emerges as the time require. However, there is a key issue in generalizing the application of EV, which is that the common batteris cannot satisfy the requirement of the EV.
