With the technology development and improvement, touch screen has become much more popular than ever before. Among the various emerging technologies, the wave touch technology using Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) measurements has the advantages of low-cost and high scalability. A sequence of sensors are attached at the edge of the touch substance to detect the generated vibration signals, and afterwards using Levenberg-Marquardt for non-linear optimization to calculate the position of tapping point.
