Generation Z

Baby boomers, Generation X, and millennials. Then came Generation Z. As many Gen Zs come of age and enter the workforce, the generations that preceded them are watching for what kind of impact they will have on the workplace and society. Every generation has its distinct qualities and Gen Zs are no exception. Born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Zs are two billion strong globally. They are the first generation to have had the internet as a constant presence in their lives. As a result, their worldview and way of life are greatly shaped by social media and technology.
