Harvesting of renewable energy has always been an important topic for engineers. especially when impact to environment and economy are concern at present and the near future. Other method focus on the capturing of waste energy and converting it to be useful energy again. One technique is the concept of piezoelectric, by the use of electret. It is very similar to a magnet, but instead of magnetic field, it radiates a static electrical field. Having two electrets placed at close proximity, it is able to produce electrical power when their distance is varying.
