This research seeks to identify variables that should be related to performance of Singapore-based companies. It is hypothesized that there will be a positive relationship between perceived resource-based capabilities and firm performance. Specific resource-based capabilities are hypothesized to be directly related to the competitive strategies chosen by a firm.
