This thesis describes a simple method of constructing core loss of Mn-Zn magnetic materials at high frequency. The method is based on the impedance measurement approach with series resonant compensation. The compensation effectively reduces the phase angle of the magnetic equivalent circuit impedance to zero and reduces the measurement error associated with any phase errors arising from the parasitic impedance of the measuring circuit and the time delays in the measuring equipment and instrument.Master of Engineerin
