Directing the pieces we keep

This report is meant to document the year-long process of making the short film “The Pieces We Keep”, a Final Year Project under Digital Filmmaking Pathway of Nanyang Technological University, School of Art, Design and Media(ADM). This report will attempt to cover the journey of The Pieces We Keep from the director’s point of view, from initial conceptualisation, to pre-production, all the way till finishing the film in post-production.
