The fundamental objective of this Final Year Project (FYP) is to examine the car financing issues in Singapore. The two main issues of the project are the impact of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) curbs on the car industry and the search for constructive means to improve the existing car financing schemes in Singapore. Introduction will be first presented to give the readers a general idea of the objectives and motivations behind the project. Subsequently, the report will be structured in the following manner.
