This Final Year Project (FYP) presents the work of project number B241, Standard Static Tensile Test for Soft Materials. The Mechanics of Materials Lab of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), N3.2-B2-01 is the venue where the student conducted all the experiments related to this project. The purpose for this report is to give the reader an overview of what this FYP is about. This project is a relatively new project as there are not many researches done on the testing of soft materials like durian shells.
