The discovery, during an "archaeological diagnosis ", of the Soufflenheim hoard (Bas-Rhin), attributed to the Late Bronze Age (Ulb), complements our still incomplete knowledge regarding the occupation of the eastern edge of Haguenau Forest between the two expansion phases of tumulus burials during the Middle Bronze Age and Hallstatt D. Consisting of a pair of bracelets, a pair of ankle rings and a flanged axe, this small deposit, which is typologically related to the hoards found in the Middle Rhine and Saar regions and Lorraine, allows us to ponder the meaning of small hoards of whole used objects including ring ornaments.
