A Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA) is an informal cooperation strategy that has emerged in several parts of the world as a tool to increase the resilience and social development of individuals in underprivileged communities. This strategy has been widely studied for decades to recognize ROSCAs’ benefits, risks, and operation rules in several regions and countries.
