Summary: In membrane proteins, a transmembrane region and a juxtamembrane region play important roles in its function. Here, we present a protocol for characterizing membrane protein dynamics between the juxtamembrane region of the single transmembrane protein and acidic membrane. We describe steps for solid-phase peptide synthesis, peptide purification, and labeling.
