In the scope of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA), the Standing Committee on Scientific Affairs (SAC) has drafted a proposal for a document very much like the EFPA Meta-code on ethics in both founding principles and aims. The baseline of this document is that within both the science and profession of psychology, all research and other experimental with human participants should be preceded by an ethical peer-review of its protocol. The document further describes the principles that are to be respected in designing and implementing proper ethical evaluation procedures
