The strain on the power grid’s supply and demand balance is constantly increasing. The cost is rising as a result of the growing share of new energy generation. For such reasons, the novel load control system focusing on the exploitation and the use of flexible regulatory resources. This paper begins by conducting an in-depth analysis of the regional load control and energy regulation systems, to summarize and put forth a network architecture.
