PurposeThe use of concurrent doublet chemotherapy with radiation for locoregionally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) is limited by gastrointestinal and hematologic toxicity. By reducing radiation dose to bowel and bone marrow, image guided intensity modulated radiation therapy (IG-IMRT) may improve chemotherapy tolerance.
