SummaryBrain Predictability toolbox (BPt) represents a unified framework of machine learning (ML) tools designed to work with both tabulated data (e.g. brain derived, psychiatric, behavioral and physiological variables) and neuroimaging specific data (e.g. brain volumes and surfaces).
