Description of quaternary alluvial system of the Garonne. The low plain deposits, with brown-leached profiles, are Würm old. The low terrace, with hydromorphic leached soils in silt and already weathered deep horizons in alluvial pebbles, dates from the Riss period.Hubschman Jacques.
