News aspects of world trade in semi-manufactured and manufactured goods in 1971 and 1972 by Hubert d'HEROUVlLLE Foreign trade of manufactured products is, generally speaking, considered as a whole in spite of very large discrepancies in the nature of these goods resulting from important divergences or even conflicting economic trends. After analysing the disadvantages of this confusion, the Author suggests to reduce them by distributing the manufactured goods into two broad categories : semi-manufactured and manufactured (or finished) goods.
