Anthracyclines, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), alkylating agents, antimetabolites, anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER), and receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (RTKi) are therapeutics whose cardiotoxicity involves several mechanisms at the cellular and subcellular levels.
