International audienceLong-Range Wide Area Networks (LoRaWAN) enable low-power data collection over long distances, and they are thus widely used for Internet of Things applications, despite their limitations to meet some traffic requirements (e.g., reliability). To achieve the quality of service required by the applications, service differentiation is a promising approach which can be provided by network slicing. In this work, we show that related works are either incompatible with the LoRaWAN specifications, or do not isolate traffic, or assume an a priori known and stable traffic.
