Early childhood bilingualism

INST: L_600The main focus of my thesis was to explore the impact of bilingual education and to compare the first language competences of bilingual and monolingual classes. For my research, I used a test in monolingual and bilingual classes to assess and compare their Hungarian language competencies and prepared a questionnaire for parents. I concluded that the fact that a child has been studying in a bilingual institution from an early age, has no negative effects on their first language skills
