Introduction: Lateral epicondylitis is a very common condition that affects both women and men, particularly between the ages of 35 and 55. This tendinopathy is also found in athletes, particularly in racket sports such as tennis or badminton. The treatment of this pathology is mainly based on analgesic techniques. Nevertheless, eccentric strengthening may be an interesting alternative in the treatment of epicondylalgia.
