Simple Summary Good oxygenation of both bowel ends is an important prerequisite to promote anastomotic healing after colorectal resections. Bowel oxygenation is usually assessed clinically. Hyperspectral imaging is a contactless and contrast-free tool that allows quantifying tissue oxygen intraoperatively.
