Supplementary material 2- Maximum likelihood analyses showing phylogenetic relationships of 1916 HIV-1 subtype C NFLG sequences from Bahia with sequences from Brazil and worldwide (positions 838-7944 relative to HXB2). The tree was rooted by the midpoint and the color of the branches represents the geographic origin of sequences. The statistical support is indicated only at key nodes as bootstrap values. Trees were built under the evolutionary model GTR+I+G+F and visualized in the Figtree v1.4.4 software. Horizontal branch lengths are drawn to scale with the bar at the bottom indicating 0.02 nucleotide substitutions per site.THIS DATASET IS ARCHIVED AT DANS/EASY, BUT NOT ACCESSIBLE HERE.
