The current study sought to analyze relationships between workaholism, authenticity, and subjective well-being. According to previous research, workaholism is negatively related to subjective well-being, while authenticity is positively related to it. However, no prior research has explored the potential relationship between workaholism and authenticity. A survey containing three self-report measures of the study variables was provided to a sample of faculty and staff members at a large Southeastern university.
